Welcome to this website for being acquainted with the ideas of Ananda Marga philosophy. The sole intention of creating this site is to propagate the ideas of Ananda Marga philosophy. The ultimate goal of human life is to experience 'Ananda' the endless happiness. Only those who had God realization could experience the endless happiness, the bliss. God realization is possible only through the practice of Yoga. Yoga is spiritual science; it is not a religion or faith. It is based on experiment and experience. In order to provide a congenial atmosphere for all people of this planet for practicing Yoga we need to create a peaceful society all over the world. In order to create a peaceful society all over the world all aspects of human society including spirituality, economics, politics, education, culture, art, literature, science, etc. should be reorganized. Ananda Marga philosophy provides guidance for a total change of the society. In the matter of religion: Everybody knows that God is the supreme creator of all humans, animals, plants and other things yet they kill each other in the name of God. They think they are pleasing God. Does God really be happy with them! What is spirituality? How does it differ from religions? How to terminate the animosity between the belligerent religious groups? In the matter of economics: The Earth has capacity to produce enough food for all people living on its surface; yet people are, because of scarcity of food, dying or suffering from malnutrition. Neither capitalism nor communism could solve the economic problems of all people of the world. What is the solution? In the matter of politics: Neither monarchism nor democracy, autocracy, dictatorship or totalitarianism could create a peaceful political atmosphere. In many countries people are forced to leave their homelands and become refugee to other countries. People's citizenship is being denied. How to free all people from exploitation and fear? How to eliminate war? Human physical & psychic abilities and mundane resources of the earth are being drained for making weapons to kill other human beings. How to make the best use of all mundane, physical, psychic and spiritual potentialities? What should be the qualities of a leader? How to be a true leader? Ananda Marga philosophy is the only philosophy that gives solutions to all such problems of the society. This philosophy is not just a spiritual philosophy. It includes all the aspects of human society like spiritual philosophy, spiritual practice (Yoga, meditation), economics, politics, social outlook, education, arts, literature, culture etc. Human society may be compared with a human body. In human body there are many systems like digestive system, circulatory system, musculoskeletal system, nervous system, immune system etc. If any of the systems does not work properly then the whole body becomes sick. Similarly in human society also there are many aspects. If any of these aspects is defective then the whole human society becomes imbalanced. In an imbalanced society there can't be peace and progress. Gurudeva Shrii Shrii Anandamurttijii is the proponent of "Ananda Marga Philosophy" and the founder of "Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha" a socio-spiritual organization. If the people of the world accept this philosophy as the ideology of their lives, this world will be converted into a heaven. Many people have doubt if at all this sublime ideology will ever be implemented on this earth. But the proponent of this philosophy said that there is no other way ; a day is sure come when the people of this planet will accept this ideology to solve their problems. Problems of this planet will go on increasing as long as this ideology is not accepted by masses. The way society is changing, a situation is sure to arrive when their will remain only two options: either get annihilated all together or accept Ananda Marga ideology. Acceptance of Ananda Marga ideology is the only way to solve problems of this planet. He also predicted that the future of mankind is very bright but we have to pass through an extremely difficult phase before arriving the golden era. Gurudeva has authored more than 200 books.
